Until recent times, Eenaadu people feared to leave organization, as they do not have salary support from other organizations. AJ and Saakshi changed the scenario. They offered big salaries for people from Eenaadu. In last three months 50, people have left Eenaadu. If all the news channels begin recruitment, they may not able to work force crisis. AJ is able to take the people from any newspaper. That is why they did not face any crisis. They are bold enough to choose people. In the given situation Eenaadu top brass is considering to open the door for journos working for other papers. If Eenaadu takes that stand AJ and Sakshi will face the music. We are going to see many such developments in coming days.
